Processing purposes
We process personal data for the following purposes: (1) replying to enquiries submitted via the contact form, (2) site-traffic analytics (Google Analytics) — only after consent is given, (3) abuse protection (Google reCAPTCHA), (4) fulfilling legal obligations binding on the controller.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent — for analytics and marketing), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps at the request of the data subject — replying to contact-form enquiries), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller — site security).
Retention period
Contact-form data is kept for the period needed to reply to the enquiry and for up to 12 months afterwards. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics settings, up to 14 months. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.
Recipients
Data may be shared with processors acting on our behalf: hosting providers (Vercel Inc.), analytics providers (Google LLC), anti-spam providers (Google reCAPTCHA), and e-mail providers (SMTP operator). Each acts under a data-processing agreement.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some of our providers (e.g. Google LLC, Vercel Inc.) are based in the United States. Transfers take place under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data-protection authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
