About us
Our approach to care and learning
Warszawska Akademia Malucha is a small children's club in Warsaw (ul. Dziupli 14), caring for no more than 24 children. We offer a safe setting, individual attention and a warm, friendly atmosphere.
English runs through our day. We weave it into ordinary conversation, songs and daily rituals, so children absorb it through play rather than through lessons. We also run plenty of sensory and messy-play activities, and we have our own garden and a barefoot path, so children can explore the world safely and stay close to nature.
We believe in staying in close touch with parents. Every day you receive a detailed update in our app: how your child slept, and how they ate.
We never publish or share photographs of the children — not on social media, and not on this website. Protecting their privacy is the foundation of the trust parents place in us.
We want parents to be certain their child is somewhere that looks after more than their development and their smile — somewhere that looks after their safety too, both physical and digital.

Standards
Our interiors
The space children spend their days in shapes how they feel and how they grow. Ours is designed for calm, beauty and function in equal measure. Every room is bright and generous, furnished with toys and furniture made from natural materials. The pared-back design helps children concentrate instead of overwhelming them, and warm colours make it feel like home.

Our offer
Why choose our club?
A small group, individual attention
Because the group is small, every child has their carers' full attention. We build a real relationship with each one — that is how we come to understand what they need and what interests them.
Two languages, every day
We weave English into everyday conversation with the children, supporting natural language acquisition through play and daily rituals. Real immersion lets them pick up words and phrases intuitively, and without pressure.
Safety and comfort
We practise attachment-based care, grounded in respect, empathy and a genuine understanding of a child's emotions and needs. We use Nonviolent Communication (NVC) every day — speaking clearly, calmly and attentively, so that trust and a sense of safety can grow.
Learning through play
We believe children learn best when they are happy and absorbed. Our activities are built to develop their creativity, their motor skills and their confidence with other children.
